Some Credibility (aka Sources)

Hey readers and listeners!

So if you've been listening to the podcast, then you've heard us make some pretty outrageous statements. Some of them are facts that we've acquired over our admittedly-short lives, some are speculations/theories, and some are just words that sounded right at the time. Here are some links to websites with information that either reinforce or debunk claims that were made; and some are there for you to analyze and try to come up with your own theories about.

Please remember that the podcasts are just conversations, and are in no way intended to sway any person's opinions on any subject, but rather to give them an opportunity to take part in a conversation among friends over topics they feel are fascinating. So it wouldn't hurt crack open a bottle of brew, pour yourself a glass of wine, or ignite your brains receptors in any way you find preferable before listening to the podcast. Also, feel free to email us about topics that you'd like to hear discussed, or share opinions on things that you've heard us say on the podcast. Our email is anotherbspodcast@gmail.com; and we welcome any and all feedback or questions that you'd like to send our way.

So without further ado, here are some sources/links you may find interesting/relevant:

Bitcoin: Bankers' Worst Fear: http://documentaryheaven.com/bitcoin-bankers-worst-fear/
A short documentary on the effects of the newish but controversial currency known as Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a distributed peer-to-peer digital currency that functions without the intermediation of any central authority. If you remember us talking about Bitcoin in the first podcast, then you will definitely want to check out this ~16 minute documentary on the nature and effects of Bitcoin so far.

World's Healthiest Foods - Potatoes: http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=48

This is an article put together by the George Mateljan Foundation about the health benefits of potatoes. It appears that potatoes have the potential of being a significant source of nutrients (depending on how they are prepared for consumption.)

The 11 Most Compelling 9/11 Conspiracy Theories: http://newsone.com/742485/

While there are many different places that you may go to read/watch this information, here is a website that compiled 11 videos (all under 10 minutes) that target specific theories and can be used as evidence to support them. Here is the websites synopsis of the article: Many 9/11 conspiracy theories surfaced shortly after the September 11th attacks — some bringing compelling arguments and some not holding up at all. Theorists believe that the World Trade Center buildings were demolished by bombs, phone calls from the planes were made up, and the former PresidentGeorge W. Bush secretly profited from the attacks.

The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies in the World: http://www.bartsbakery.com/
On a lighter note, here is a link to the website where you can purchase and/or read about the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies in the World that you could here us devouring on the last podcast. They are highly recommended, and I think it is important to support independent/small businesses. I think any company that values integrity so highly should be rewarded, so this is me doing my part to get the word out on these bad boys!

There you have it, some reading material to go over once you've listened to the podcast. We will be posting sources and interesting stuff to read on this blog consistently so stay tuned for more. The next podcast should be up by the end of this weekend, so be ready for anotherbspodcast!

- Nick
